The Stanguellini Museum is celebrating its 30th anniversary: what to discover besides cars

This year, the Stanguellini Museum is celebrating 30 years of history, passion and innovation in the world of four wheels. It all began in 1996, when Francesco Stanguellini had the bright idea of creating a museum space at the dealership: a place that would not only showcase the cars, but also the creativity and success that marked an era. This therefore led to the creation of a real treasure chest of memories, a custodian of a golden chapter in Italian motor racing and entrepreneurial history.

In 2018, Francesca Stanguellini oversaw a complete revamp, bringing the museum into the modern world without losing its hallmark heart and soul.

Today, the Stanguellini Museum is much more than a collection of cars: it is an essential landmark for anyone passing through the Motor Valley, an unmissable stop for any fans of four wheels and Italian motor racing culture.

Visiting the Stanguellini Museum

The Stanguellini Museum stands in the former workshop of the Fiat dealership’s historical home, run by the Stanguellini family. Upon entering, you are immediately surrounded by the magic of a golden age of Italian motor racing, when racing cars were forged here that were destined to leave their mark. This year, to mark the museum’s 30th anniversary, every corner will not only explain the history of the cars, but also the story of a family’s passion that continues to live on and inspire new generations.

The real stars of the show are, of course, the Stanguellini cars, historic models released by this workshop which allow you to go on a real journey through time: from the 750 Corsa to the Junior Delfino, right up to the original Colibrì.

But the museum is not just about cars: memorabilia, vintage mechanical equipment and historical items bring back the authentic atmosphere of a workshop where you could feel the passion in the air. It is not a cold, sterile museum, but rather an experience that will captivate motor enthusiasts… and others too.

The Stanguellini private collection rounds off the tour, with various makes of cars accumulated by the family down the years, along with the exhibition dedicated to Danilo Tavoni, the great man from Modena nicknamed “golden hands” by Enzo Ferrari and Vittorio Stanguellini, whose work helped make Italian motor racing famous around the world.

An anniversary to experience… and celebrate

This year, to mark 30 years of the Stanguellini Museum, there is no better time to immerse yourself in the history and passion of one of the most famous motor racing brands in the Motor Valley. A visit here is not just about diving into the past of four wheels, but rather an experience that will thrill every enthusiast.

And if you too have something to celebrate, the museum can be the perfect location for private events: a special setting, surrounded by classic cars and vintage memorabilia, which will make any occasion unforgettable.

We look forward to seeing you here.
